We have a lift but some rooms are accessible by stairs only. However, you ask for a room served by lift before arrival and we'll accommodate your request. We also offer assistance with luggage for rooms not served by elevator between 8am-11pm.

We are around 30 minutes (walking) from the Central station. You can take the underground to arrive to the Hotel (from Garibaldi to Dante) or call the reception desk to organise a taxi.
Please, report in the note you need a quiet room.
The Duplex rooms and the Apartments face on the street. So we suggest Standard Double or Triple but don't forget the note, so we can give you a room on the courtyard.
Estimado Senor, no tenemos aparcamiento. Recomendamos un garaje privado cerca (600 m de aquí) "Garage Cavour", en Piazza Cavour, 34. Está abierto desde 6am hasta 1am, tarifa de € 40,00 por noche dependiendo del coche. No es posible reservarlo antes.

We dont have laundry service, very close to the hotel there is a laundry in this case you have to leave your staff and collect again the day after, otherwise there is a self launfry service 15 min walking far from the hotel
